Maybe someone here has good suggestions.
I need alternatives for oats.
I love porridge for breakfast. Usually it's just oats, fruit, cocoa powder, protein powder and hot water.
But I can't have oats anymore.
What do you wonderful people have good experiences with?

Hello! I second chia seed pudding, we sometimes alternate overnight oats for chia seed pudding. I've heard people use other types of grains but I haven't tried them.

Similar to others, I love plain greek yogurt with chia seeds, flax meal, fresh fruit (or microwaved frozen adds great juice), and an optional bit of honey mixed together and topped with a raw nut blend.
