Yep! If it was a verified weigh in/out for another game, I believe they let you reuse it over 48 hours. Just be sure to initiate the weigh-out tomorrow and hit the right option when they give you the prompt on whether you want to reuse or submit new!

Yep! That’s exactly what I did. Just make sure you close the re use weigh in option because it doesn’t happen automatically.

I definitely experience this on a daily basis! If you have a digital scale, they are extremely sensitive to even the slightest variations of surface fluctuations. What I do is find a tile that works And always place the scale back at that same point, that way at least I know it's consistent in that one spot and I can track my progress of going down!

Is there any chance to weigh in a little early? I am leaving for a family vacation to a remote lakeside cabin with no wifi, cell service, or electricity. I have met my goals every step of the way on this journey, and I hate that I have to miss this last weigh in!

Maybe someone here has good suggestions.
I need alternatives for oats.
I love porridge for breakfast. Usually it's just oats, fruit, cocoa powder, protein powder and hot water.
But I can't have oats anymore.
What do you wonderful people have good experiences with?

Hello! I second chia seed pudding, we sometimes alternate overnight oats for chia seed pudding. I've heard people use other types of grains but I haven't tried them.

Similar to others, I love plain greek yogurt with chia seeds, flax meal, fresh fruit (or microwaved frozen adds great juice), and an optional bit of honey mixed together and topped with a raw nut blend.

  • I was a little discouraged getting on the scale this morning, I met my goal weight, but I don’t feel like I LOOK like I met it. In my opinion… but then I took a side view picture, and could definitely see it there!!

    Just about 20 lbs down!!

  • Super frustrated with the scale - it went down Thursday & Friday, by ~2 lbs, then Friday I skipped breakfast and lunch (I did have 200 calories worth of crackers around 2 when I felt faint) - I had 1.5 slices of pizza, a half a slice of birthday cake, .5 scoop of ice cream, woke up on Saturday and the weight was still the same as the day before so I was stoked about my 'success'. Then, Saturday and Sunday we're NORMAL eating days, and I was moving (building & filling raised bed gardens) all day Saturday, and yesterday I woke up 2 pounds heavier. I thought it might be a fluke, so I hydrated more yesterday and today, same extra 2 pounds. UGHHHHHH

I honestly doubt it's the calories or diet Lauren! Could be hormones or as others say, a response to the extra gardening workout! If it's the workouts, then in the long-run it's strengthening your metabolism! If it's the hormones, then just something we gotta ride out - but usually the scale goes down more than it went up once we shift again, if we stick with the plan :pray:

Hi all! I’m 36 and just got out of a slightly toxic 9 year relationship with someone who didn’t make me feel very good about myself. I think I started self-sabotaging my health and have been dealing with excess pounds now for the past 3 years. I’m so, so ready to start putting myself first again and am excited to transform back to my best version!
