How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Hi all! I'm Nancy and I have 2 girls (6 & 3) and ready to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Before this, I had lost over 100 lbs naturally (hot yoga and whole foods) but it's honestly been super tricky because of the kids. I am also a stay at home mom who homeschools so it's tough finding "me" time.
