How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am curious from those of you that have dieted. I am in a calorie deficit when I am dieting and increase my protein but not to the levels designed to lose fat. How many of you specifically increased your protein and did it work? I currently get around 78-80 but apps say I should be at 150!

Have you added protein shakes or added more veggies. Look up some protein snacks and meal to double your intake. I drink the good protein shakes, they give 30 each, a lot of meat, and green veggies

Yes protein is so important especially for women. It will help to curb cravings and keeps you satiated longer. It is hard for me to eat enough solids to meet my daily protein requirements, so I start most days with chocolate protein in my coffee. Good luck!
