Hi everyone, a late post. I fell a little bit off the wagon but not too bad. I had a chocolate Cadbury candy bar but I watched what I ate after that candy. I'm still on track, ate a little better this morning and I walked over a mile for the first time in a few days. I felt good after my walk and I will be doing more walking around the park in the cold sunshine. Well, I hope everyone is reaching there 4% and eating much healthier 😊 see you at the finish line.

Total deprivation doesn’t work. It just makes me give up faster. You had a candy bar so work out longer and have a big cucumber and tomato salad for dinner. It’s not an everyday thing.
