How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I’m so disappointed in myself for letting things get so bad with my health and fitness particularly over the past three months. As recently as September I was running 5k three times a week. This week I tried running again for the first time since September, and couldn’t even run for five minutes without stopping for a rest. It’s so tempting to just pack it in but I also know that I can get back there- it’ll just be tough, and I have to find new ways to fit exercise into my schedule now that I have a kid in school (which finishes hours ahead of the time I could have him in pre-school until!) and am working more hours so I have to be creative about finding opportunities. For accountability, here’s some pics of me forcing myself into running - or more accurately, fast walking, this week ????

Lace , CaravanTan and like this photo.
