I'm there... just been super busy with work. I also realized as much as I want the social accountability... i really don't talk much lol.

I've settled into a healthier pattern of eating.. and i increased my walking this round. I'm pretty happy.

I am really struggling with the process and the patience of losing weight. I want results *now* and am finding it difficult to stick to my plans when I am not seeing immediate results.
Anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone have advice on how to stay focused and not get discouraged when you feel like you're doing good but the scale says you're not?
