How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Having a terrible Friday at work and just found out I am spending the weekend taking care of an elderly parent so weekend is gone! Right now I feel like giving up and just being fat! I want to eat and drink to make myself feel better or forget!! Ugghh! Life is hard sometimes!!

Why is it when the tough moments come, we turn to those things that hurt us? You have support here. Don't give up. Do the best you can! You are worth it. Perfection is not the goal. Working to build good habits is. You won't always succeed. Success is not linear, it's a roller coaster. Buckle up, keep your hands and feet inside the car, and keep going!

You have worked too hard to derail now! It’s been a stressful couple days here too. My sister, who has been dealing with several health issues, got more bad news. So hard, when we feel so helpless. Hang in there. You’ve got this!
