It's been 28 days since I last binged. I've been doing well changing my eating behaviours. I feel great, but I'm nervous about going off the rails when the competition is over. The food noise is real!

I'm feeling this, too! I have had to severely cut my calories in the last week, to try to reach goal weight, and I'm still unsure if I'll get rid of the last 1.5 lbs. I'm almost positive that this weekend will have a couple days of " I don't care that I'm eating this" :laughing:
