How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Don't take our word for it

I'm actually disappointed at this dietbet. And how it looks now, this is the last I'm do as they getting to greedy. It's just not worth the risk anymore for not getting anything back.
They say they add 5000 in the bet, for us who won its 2,10
So they then mean that from rest of the pot there's only 1.29 left for us who won. Rest went down to the app and host.
This is not okej dietbet, it's a shame.

First and last game for me! It's ridiculous. Then they say "it's not about making money, it's about meeting your goal" Okay but I could have met my goal without the risk of losing money and if it's not about money, why take so much? It's about making money for them, but we shouldn't want to make any money

I feel you. I've been doing a couple games and it hasn't been this bad before. I did type them on email and got a poor answer back trying to explain why we get so little. Point is I don't care about there excuses, this is wrong and so many sees it. So if they don't want people to stop doing this, they should change it.

After all its not worth risking so much money to just win so little.
