I have been doing some intense deep cleaning of the house today, tomorrow will be going for a walk/hike, and Sunday I will be hitting the gym.

I am going to take my dog on a long walk each day and do a YouTube lifting workout :yellow_heart:

  • I am re-newly plant-based and trying to focus this Dietbet on getting my veggies in with the starches such as rice, beans, and potato’s that I normally eat. Here is a pic of the rice and Brussels Sprouts that I made today. It was really good. Yesterday I made a broccoli and rice bowl that was also delicious.

I've been obsessed with Brussels Sprouts recently. Made them multiple times over the holidays using the simplest instructions. Literally just 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon water, and salt/pepper to taste... sliced in half, flat side down on the sheet pan. Cooked COVERED with foil for 10 minutes at 500 degrees (this steams them), then UNCOVERED for another 10 minutes at 500 degrees (to bake them). Done. They're so good!

Yum! I love Brussels sprouts! I’m about to make myself some roasted tomatoes and rice.
