  • Hi all! I'm Kay and I am committed to losing some weight during this challenge!

    I've been struggling with what I believe is gastroparesis for the past few months. Because that requires eating low fiber and because my energy levels have been so low, I've really gone off the deep end with my eating habits. At the end of December, I found out that I've got a fat deposit on my liver and that I need to make some changes for the benefit of my health. I started off doing well for a couple of days, then completely flew off the rails for the past week and have actually gained weight.

    What I'm hoping for in this challenge is some external motivation while I build healthier habits and overcome some old, less healthy ones. I look forward to making progress with all of you!
