Really excited to have found this app to get that extra bit of motivation and (more importantly!) accountability. I just had my second child, so now I’ve got a 2 year old and a 3 month old who I know are going to run me ragged. Since the pandemic I’ve been packing on the pounds (shifted to working from home; read: free access to constant snacking). I’ve had mild success here and there getting it off, but never any real lasting commitment. I’m at my heaviest now and am feeling like my body is breaking down and telling me STOP! So time to get to work. Good luck everyone!

@Carmey M, I just signed up for the Beachbody, buy one year get one free. I’m gonna do the T25 series, which is only 25 min workouts, so I know I can do that. I’m a night owl anyway, so plan to do them once we can get the kids down around for bed. Then through the day eliminate snacks. I threw out all the junk food from the holidays already! Got a big Stanley for more water intake. From there cross our fingers and hope for the best lol. Good luck in your journey!
