How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I took a 6 day break from my 10k steps a day and am finding it hard to get back on track! I also gained 4 lbs from my lowest which is so infuriating!!! I am on my cycle so I hope it’s just temporary. Onto round 3 ?

I was up 6 pounds from my weigh-in for the Kickstarter that finished just before our round 2 ended here. It's frustrating! I know it will correct itself, but I want it now!

It can be really hard to “get back into it” once we’ve taken a break, can’t it? When I’m struggling to get going in the mornings for my run, I always remind myself that getting out the door is half the battle and that not once after a run have I regretted it. Oh, & that time of month can be brutal on the scale, for sure! I had a 4 pound fluctuation last month in the course of one day! Fortunately, any period “gain” does seem temporary. Good luck getting moving again, you can do it! You know you want to
