How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Scale wise it feels a little like two steps forward followed by one step back right now… but I have to remind myself it is still progress overall, just at a slower pace. Hope everyone else is going well.

Yes I feel this! I have 1 lb left from today to meet this round's goal, but man is it hard to move the scale down this month!

My weight loss graph up close looks like someone's really bad EKG with all the ups and downs that show. But stepping back and looking at the long term, it's all good. As long as the trend continues down, I can live with the daily fluctuation.
