Less than a fortnight to go now until I participate in my first ever half marathon! Am simultaneously nervous and excited. It’s been a long time in the making, getting my fitness to a level where I’m reasonably confident I can complete it.

Re weight I seem to be hovering a little at the moment. I’m not gaining but probably more maintaining than losing. And next week I’ll p need to abandon most calorie restriction efforts, & likely decrease my running too, in the lead up to race day. So fingers crossed II don’t regain weight as a result, but if I do, that will then be June’s challenge!

I hope everyone is continuing to strive towards their goals. Good luck for the fourth weigh-in.
