I’m starting to realize there is no more I can do about my size I haven’t lost weight in over a month I’m stuck at 200lbs with working out 5 days a week and eating 2 meals a day. My post pregnancy body doesn’t seem to care just wants to be heavy and look like I’m unhealthy

Progress isn't just on the scale. It can also be improved function, better cholesterol, increased movement and strength, less out of breath on the stairs, increased energy, and more. Don't be discouraged and keep taking care of yourself

It sounds like you may be OVER stressing your body. (NBHWC Coach here)

Things to try:
- cut back to 3 days a week of workout, and go for a nice medium walk another day
- our bodies like smaller amounts of food more times a day. Instead of 2 big meals, maybe try 4 smaller ones.
- how is your protein intake? You need more than you think. Plant proteins are great to add, as well as protein powder.
- fiber is an underrated weight loss helper. Whole grains and green veggies are a great place to get fiber.
- how is your hydration? Under drinking water can cause stasis.
- how is your sleep hygiene? Getting less than 6 hours a night halts weight loss.
- how is your stress? Untreated distress produces excess cortisol, which is a big contributor to weight gain or stall.

I started a new medication and I gained 6 lb. :( I am 5 lb away from the round 3 goal! Don’t think I’ll make it.

Right now I'm aiming for the round 2 goal. I'm going to pretend it's because I had a small surgery last month, but really it's because I love Easter candy. At least the weather is nicer so I've been doing some gardening and yard work.

I'm not saying this is a cursed transformer for me, but I'm not NOT saying that.

On Saturday, I was diagnosed with the 'vid. Unbelievably, this is my first time being positive for the virus. Unfortunately, it's hit me hard. I've barely been able to move for days and am surviving on a carb heavy diet as it's all I can stomach. It's looking more and more like I have made a donation to strangers success versus mine. ???

I've felt similar this month. I had a planned surgery that I knew would make last months weigh in difficult. As it got closer I knew I wouldn't make the goal, so I focused on resting and healing.

From prior Transformer experiences, I can fairly confidently say that if you make the final goal and the goal for one other month, then you will about break even financially.

There's still lots of time, and, even if we don't make the final goal, making progress towards a healthier body is worth it. We can do this!!
