Just weighed in for a transformer that I’m doing and made that with room to spare, but still have a couple more to go for this bet. Lots of water, no carbs, and IF for me the next couple days! I am determined and know I can do it… but going to have to be super mindful and diligent the next 48 hours. How is everyone else doing?

I’m 1 pound away from goal. I am going to hit my peloton bike and ride and ride tonight after the house goes to bed. Any other ideas? This has been hard hard hard. I’m full time nursing. I’ve had no snacks today and have been working out like crazy
