Made my goal by a couple of lbs. big changes in snacking and only a tiny bit of sugar are the reason. As all ladies know, first lbs move the quickest so now setting to exercise more and limit my wine. Best wishes all for a healthy weekend

Wow, well done! I'm also there but I think that the next goal could be the hardest one to hit. I'm breastfeeding at the moment so haven't had any alcohol in a year, and it really helps. I have replaced my late night snacking with some alcohol free beer though. Still feels like a treat but a lot less calories.
