  • Hello! How are you, guys? I am living different life! And I have got married previous month! I feel secure in my body now. The different of those photos is 35 kg. I am 39 years old. Photo in the left was made on 2008 (I was a physics student) and photo in the right was made before one week (I am mummy of one). My weight has little bit yo-yo effect, I know I will never live without taking control. But is better than to live in such "sumo costume"...

Thanks for sharing Simona, and it’s great that you’ve been able to make these positive steps. I have some amount of yo-yo-ing going on too, but have had a downward trend and eat better on the average now. I am not quite at my final goal yet, but am hopeful, and confident that I ought to be able to reach it in time. Great job!

  • I am so excited, many friends my age say weight loss is almost impossible in our 60s. I am in a safe and slow plan and 12% weight gone during this game. Personal goal is about 3 more lbs but not trying to have 30 something body. Maybe most important is at my physical my cholesterol dropped 60 points! Hope all are successful on this health journey

Absolutely over the moon. I can’t believe how much I’ve managed to shift in this game. So glad I’ve come back to diet bet - the motivation is real! I even got up and went for a walk in my sauna jacket to ensure a comfortable finish! 😂 Good luck everyone!

How I look at food has definitely transformed along with my body. Getting compliments and very motivated to never go back to regularly eating treats cause, as my daughter says, “if you eat it every day, it’s not a treat but just a part of your normal diet”
