Ok where the moms at? Stress management with kids?
What about when they wake up in the night still?
I've been able to lose by baby weight but I had weight on me before kids so I am working on that.
I used to stress eat but now that I don't I find that I don't have stress management. I lost my tool! Anyone have tips to manage stress with Littles who have rocked ur whole world?
I am still figuring it out. Mine are under 4.

I've had success with this off and on over the years with 4 kids, but I have two tips. Walking, throw them in a stroller and just go, listen to music or an audiobook if you can swing it. Give them snacks, toys or a show if you need to pull out the big guns. Walk early before breakfast for 45-60 min. Then at night find something to "treat yourself" with to replace the sugary treat. Like painting your nails or herbal tea while you watch a show. You got this mama!

I struggled with a lot of stress due to my own anxiety and something that I found helped me a bunch is adult coloring books. I use to hate coloring but I got some pretty gel pens and a FRIENDS coloring book and at night I would unplug and just sit in bed and color. My mind was too busy trying to figure out what colors I wanted to use and if I wanted sparkles or metallic to even focus on anything else.
