I think I just need to get this off my chest but I am having such a bad time with where my body is now to where I want to be (less weight). At the same time it’s almost giving me this feeling where I feel stuck. Like I can see the better me but I feel like I’m stuck here in this body. Any tips or fire y’all can light under me would be great! Sometimes it’s just words from someone else! Thanks!
