  • Routine dental cleaning for my kiddos turned into a 2 hour affair complete with a removed tooth ???? we ended up ordering Chick Fil A for an easy lunch and I paired my grilled nuggets with a "time pinch" favorite!

    Steam/boil 2-3 c of cauliflower or broccoli
    Add to blender with 1/3 c cottage cheese and 2-3TB cheese and 1/2 tsp of dry chicken stock powder. Blend and serve as a delicious warm soup!

    Proud of myself for slowing down to think through my best option in a pinch!
