Final weigh in, 3.3 lbs below target, now just waiting for it to be accepted. Super excited as this was my first Diet Bet and loved the accountability it gave me.

  • The unstuffed cabbage soup recipe in the 2B mindset recipe catalog on BODi is hands down my most consistent weight loss dinner recipe! Prepping a batch now to finish out this bet on a strong foot!

I have my own healthy recipe for cabbage roll soup, and I absolutely love it! I may make some this weekend - thanks for the inspiration

  • I love Ilana’s breakfast brownies and her glassware compliments each day. 48 oz already and it’s just 8AM. Water 💦 first ✅. Oh, that her breakfast plate too😊

So nice and neat, too!

Amy R.

I was worried it would be hard the first time I made it but now I feel like it's super easy and I usually wake up, turn on the oven, blend the bananas and eggs mixture, put it on the pan and then start my workout while that bakes. So it doesn't really take up too much time either.

I've been using a large cookie sheet sized baking sheet that has a small lip.

Still chugging away over here! Things working well for me:
+More hot teas as the weather drops
+Adding walks/outdoor time on the more mild days
+Reigning in dinner and done and aiming for 13+ hour fast time between dinner and breakfast/coffee
+Ive also been aiming for a hot bath each night as my husband does bedtime for the kiddos. Just a way to take a breath, stay outta the kitchen, and release stress. That's been very rejuvenating in this season.
+Save seltzer waters for post dinner when my tummy might feel rumbly (and bc the bubbles can inhibit me getting to my goal before dinner)
+Adding in a few key vitamins from reputable brands that my lab work revealed a need for.

Tell me more about how bubbles can inhibit before dinner?

Sabrina D

Meghan, I just mean personally the bubbles fill my tummy and so they slow my water intake is all!

Had a terrible binge yesterday. It started with one pudding cup, because I think I was just tired and stressed and thirsty and it just seemed irresistible, and then it turned into two, and then a whole container of gummy worms for who knows what reason, and then I just gave up on dieting for the rest of the day. Felt sick in the evening, too, so I did not exercise. I was too afraid to weigh myself this morning. Will probably just wait another couple days to step on the scale.

I’m at the gym now, and I’m just gonna work hard and get back on my meal plan today. That’s all I can do.

Hope you're able to jump right back in! FWIW, might be helpful to just pass those temptations onto someone else/move them to an inconvenient space

It’s ok , we can not be 100% at all times . That’s life and we have to balance it . I understand the guilt as I would feel the same way . Just keep saying healthy eating most of the time is a life style not a diet .
