Just a quick question, I use & really like ( but never had anything different)
Chocolate vegan shakeology, ♡ the 0sugar vanilla, recover & energize do yall use all or do you use different kinds or none?

Shakeology upsets my stomach. I had to switch to something that was happier for my gut. I use a bone broth chocolate protein powder. I still have energizer that I use once in a while. Probably will stop using once it runs out or just get rid of it. I have cut back on high intensity work outs so I don’t feel like I need it. Everyone is different. If it works for you, go for it. If you are looking to try something different, this is a good place to start.

Valerie, SAME!

I get Vital Proteins collagen at a good price from Sam’s and add a half serving to my coffee. I make a protein drink a little later with half of a liquid 30g protein drink and add greens powder (Live it up), hair supplement, enzymes and probiotics. I have energize that I use sometimes too but I don’t work out hard, so it’s more for if I want an energy lift and I use a half scoop.
