I’m the opposite I do best at work! I start my morning with a coffee blended with a protein shake (I stopped using creamer so this is my alternative, it’s sugar free and tastes really good). I eat lunch around 11:30 and that’s typically a salad with fruit, veggies and protein. I prep my salad bowls on Sunday and add the type of fruit and protein so I do t get bored. Then I have a small snack when I get home and typically dinner is prepped Sunday and lasts to Tuesday sometimes Wednesday (I get sick of eating the same thing so I have to mix it up. Fridays are my carry out days and I typically eat a sensible meal but if I choose not to it’s okay because I’ve been pretty disciplined through the week.
