How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Still chugging away over here! Things working well for me:
+More hot teas as the weather drops
+Adding walks/outdoor time on the more mild days
+Reigning in dinner and done and aiming for 13+ hour fast time between dinner and breakfast/coffee
+Ive also been aiming for a hot bath each night as my husband does bedtime for the kiddos. Just a way to take a breath, stay outta the kitchen, and release stress. That's been very rejuvenating in this season.
+Save seltzer waters for post dinner when my tummy might feel rumbly (and bc the bubbles can inhibit me getting to my goal before dinner)
+Adding in a few key vitamins from reputable brands that my lab work revealed a need for.

Tell me more about how bubbles can inhibit before dinner?

Sabrina D

Meghan, I just mean personally the bubbles fill my tummy and so they slow my water intake is all!
