Surpassed my 4% goal weight ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ woohoo.
Not going to sabotage my progress with a treat, although icecream would be lovely, this week especially. ๐Ÿ˜‚ learning to curb though cravings has been key to dropping the weight I think. I used to eat 2tubs of icecream to myself a week!!! So far none this month ๐Ÿ’ช
