Had a late lunch yesterday, and I felt too full to exercise when I got to the gym. So I decided to put the treadmill on an incline and walk for an hour until my food digested a bit. I was really surprised how many calories that burns! Then I got in half an hour of pull-ups, planks, and push-ups, and that felt sufficient.
I don’t think I’m going to the gym today, given the weather and the state of my house, but I’m making it a challenge to see how many move calories I can burn today. I think it will actually be fun!
