  • Amanda S, if you don’t already do it, consider tracking your gains/losses. I started tracking my fluctuations this month and it’s been helpful. I was only giving myself credit for “new” weight loss days, which would only be a handful of days per month. This reminds me that I am moving forward, even if I have days of gain. Green is loss, pink is gain, yellow is no change. I’ve seen different variations of it - I’ll have to find one I like for next month.
