What does RT stand for? I can’t remember all the acronyms she uses!

Rt is route to. Focus is 2 lbs at a time so if you are 140 lbs in your tracker write RT 138. Ilana inspires me My husband does support me - he used to say you’re going to eat all that?? I’d defend it with how it’s mostly veggies - now he says “do you have enough veggies in the house” when stopping at the store! I try to stick to plate it when I go out
