My biggest takeaway is you don’t have to be perfect but if you follow plate it almost all the time the occasional eat out is a treat and get back at it - consistency is key - feel so less stressed about food

I would love to see some of your guy's ideas, goals and plans for the healthier lifestyle changes that will help you to lose weight and maintain the weight loss!

My goals for this dietbet include:

1. Replacing unhealthy sugary treats with fruit/fruit smoothies or a honey sweetened tea.

2. Reducing my portion sizes a little bit

3. Walking 30 minutes every day

4. Coming up with a good rotating system for dinners, so I don't have to spend energy thinking about what to cook or making complicated meals. I'm hoping to just rotate the same 4 or 5 healthy dinners throughout the month. Recipes recommendations are appreciated!

I agree with others who have posted here. Questions are asked but never answered. Videos are talked about but I can never access them. They definitely would have helped. Those who have watched them never comment on where they went to see them. Video links don’t work, only links that promote their sites work. I paid the extra $5 thinking that would give me some membership boosts but I haven’t seen any. I’m happy for those who have lost weight and been able to see videos but I think there are a lot who could not see them. I’m not one that usually vents but after 17 days and no answers I’ve been frustrated.

Rt is route to. Focus is 2 lbs at a time so if you are 140 lbs in your tracker write RT 138. Ilana inspires me My husband does support me - he used to say you’re going to eat all that?? I’d defend it with how it’s mostly veggies - now he says “do you have enough veggies in the house” when stopping at the store! I try to stick to plate it when I go out

  • Amanda S, if you don’t already do it, consider tracking your gains/losses. I started tracking my fluctuations this month and it’s been helpful. I was only giving myself credit for “new” weight loss days, which would only be a handful of days per month. This reminds me that I am moving forward, even if I have days of gain. Green is loss, pink is gain, yellow is no change. I’ve seen different variations of it - I’ll have to find one I like for next month.

For date night this Friday I intend to order the lamb chops with a side of roasted veggies. I don’t know why but I always find restaurant roasted veggies to be so much more tasty then roasted veggies at home.

No I think these are pre set and no one is checking the comments at all. All the links have been broken! Not a great diet bet at all compared to the last one, and it was advertised on Ilana insta that there would be calls!

I need to keep my tracker out in the open to remember to write in it! I have no trouble being honest with myself but when I write it all down at the end of the day, I often second guess myself.
