How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    To make things more fun and motivating, I like to include weekly challenges. These are completely optional, but they’re a great way to stay interactive and inspired. Plus, you don’t need to be a member to participate!

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge 💧

    Goal: Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day for 5 days this week.

    How it works:

    - Starting Saturday, a post will be pinned at the top of the game feed where you can report in
    - If you complete the challenge, simply comment under that post by Saturday 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
    - A $10 cash reward will be given to one lucky participant, with the drawing held shortly after the deadline. (Good news: the reward increases each week!)

I'm Tanja from Finland.
My goal is to lose fat without losing too much muscle.
I have gained a lot of weight just this past 6 months after I started going to the gym, and because I wanted to gain muscle I had to eat in a surplus.
The bad thing is that my eating got totally out of control and I gained a lot of fat as well.
