I'm super embarassed having gained so much weight in a short time 😓 I am struggling with binge eating disorder, which is not a new thing for me, but it was in total remission for 12 good years. I hope this weight loss challenge and the support of a community helps me get my eating habits on track again.

Same here friend!! Lots of fluids help me - a diet soda, Olipop/poppi, electrolytes, a warm magnesium cocoa before bed… also not keeping any trigger foods in the house!
