How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Welcome, everyone! I'm so glad you're here!

    I'm Jenn, and I’ll be your host throughout this weight loss challenge.

    To keep things fun and motivating, I introduce weekly challenges as part of our game (optional, of course!).

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here’s how it works if you'd like to join:

    💧 Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day from Wednesday to Friday (January 1st - 3rd).

    Starting Friday, there will be a pinned post at the top of the feed where you can comment if you’ve completed the challenge. You’ll have until Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time to report in. After that, we’ll hold a $10 cash prize drawing, and the prize amount increases each week!

    As a bonus (not part of the challenge), feel free to introduce yourself and share your goals! Tell us where you are in your weight loss or fitness challenge, and what your short- and long-term goals are. Also, just for fun, let us know where you're from! (I’m in Utah.)

  • Hi. I’m Paula’s I lost 20 pounds in 2024, by goal is to lose about 10-15 more in 2025.

    My first goal is to never weigh more than today…. That will be hard, I have a 16 day cruise in March! So I have a lot of work to do between now and then!

    My next goal is to ride my new bike 4000 miles, which is double last year but only 200 more than 2023, and to participate in at least 2 week long rides, one in North Dakota and one in Hawaii!

    Lastly my goal is also to build stronger relationships with my friends and family.
