How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve been yo-yoing at the same numbers for 2 months. I just can’t seem to break for weeks now. When I was working with a nutritionist I would steadily lose weight week by week. This time, I’m just stuck at my numbers. What do you guys say to yourself not to get discouraged? I feel in a funk right now.

Drink water and go for walks as well as check your calorie with a TeeDee calculator on google to make sure you’re eating enough or need less calories for weight loss

I try to really track my food, even if i didn't eat within my plan. It really gives me a better picture of where I am. Also, I try to up my protein to as close to 100g per day as I can. The scale usually moves when I do this. I am also a personal development nerd, which helps me when I feel frustrated.

Where we are now is a result of what we DID, not what we are currently doing. Our current good habits are creating our future self.

Discipline + consistency = success.
Success = momentum.
Momentum = discipline + consistency.

We are merely trying to get the cycle going. I have been a work in progress for a while now. I know what to do, I just need to do it! I have also felt discouraged lately, but I just keep trying. Like Franny says, never give up!! Onward and upward. :blush:
