  • So this is a pic from last week. 3 years of ups and downs after pregnancy. I had a huge weight gain in April ‘24 after a serious life detour. This is me now. I’m not gonna hit my goal in a few days, but I am happy with where I am now. No more dietbets for a while as I really burned thru some money since Jan, only won 1 game. The positives are that I am back to my pre-baby body. I also built an amazing relationship with my fitness. In June, I’m going to have my fitness instructor exam, and hopefully start working and helping people train after getting certified. Thanks DietBet for the motivation. Hopefully, I won’t need DietBet for a long time. Unless, I have another baby 😆 good luck to all! With dedication, It Can Be Done! Now the focus shifts to getting stronger 💪💪🙏 Amen!

Had my assessment today. 4.2% fat body fat loss. And 4.2% muscle mass increase. Anyone know if these are average or above average #’s? Exactly a month progress.

  • Omg, I don't even know who this girl is! Lol. It has been since November of 2024 since I have even been able to run 5 miles! I am feeling it, but so, so excited. I am planning to sign up for a race happening in June. I am finally on track to make it! Whoop whoop!

    I was planning to run 4 miles. (I've been building up to it.) I believed I could do 5, so I just going. Whoop whoop! Never give up! Never surrender! And just keep swimming!
