I hit my goal weight last week but simply wasn’t able to maintain it. This month was so hard for me both physically and mentally. Not only was I dealing with a pinched nerve and muscle cramps, but I also had to up my medication because I had a manic episode! Nothing comes easy, I tell ya. I’m in healthier place now so that’s the win that counts even more than weight loss!

I am 1.5 lbs short of my goal! I did lose 4.6 pounds, so I got that going for me... which is nice. Hee hee.

Any weight loss that any of us were able to achieve, whether we met our goal or not, is a win!! Congrats to all of us for caring and trying to improve. Self awareness is hard and, in my opinion, the first step to improvement. I have started over so many times, but I feel like it's worth it. I will never give up at trying to be a healthier me.

I might try weighing myself again later. It was only 5:30 am when I weighed myself...... Hmmm. 😊

Never give up! Never surrender! Onward and upward, my friends! 💪

Day 21 ✨
Three weeks down. One to go.

This last stretch is where the mind games kick in the part where you start wondering if it’s working, if it’s worth it, if you’ve done enough. And the truth is, you probably have. You’ve shown up. You’ve made choices that your past self wouldn’t have. You’ve built habits that will outlast this challenge.

I’m not chasing perfection anymore; I’m chasing consistency.
Because the scale doesn’t show how many times I said no to old habits, or how often I showed up when I didn’t feel like it. But I know. And that counts for everything.

So as we head into the final week, I’m proud not because it’s been easy, but because I’m still here. Still showing up. Still pushing forward.

So my pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder is almost entirely gone, but now I have pain in my right leg. Doesn’t matter. I’m gonna power through on Monday and finally get my butt to the gym. I miss my second home. Finally, I met my goal! Solely focusing on diet! Now to work on that body composition 💪
