  • Morning team!!!!!!

    Weighed in at 218 this morning.. 2lbs to go and I’m feeling the much needed pressure. Vince and I had pizza last night and the food guilt was real.. I had a cesear salad and 1 large slice of a pesto chicken pizza from a new small local business. The slices were large enough to satisfy the want for pizza but much less than us getting an entire pizza to ourselves which is what we normally do. Portion control is key for long term success so I count that as a win for us!

    Doing my best to stay on track this weekend headed into our last week.

    Got up and did a treadmill workout before work, grabbed a coffee and some egg bites. I think as this 3rd week is ending I’m realizing how simple weight loss really is but without the dedication aspect we make it HARD. This journey can be simple or complicated. Happy to be going through it with all of you. What’s everyone’s weekend plans? How close are we to our goal????

I am 1.2lbs away from goal but we all know how that can change! Staying focused and working out everyday this coming week. I took today off and had pizza. Just one meal. It's gonna be okay. Let's do this.
