I am curious from those of you that have dieted. I am in a calorie deficit when I am dieting and increase my protein but not to the levels designed to lose fat. How many of you specifically increased your protein and did it work? I currently get around 78-80 but apps say I should be at 150!

I'm doing Clean Keto. I don't count any calories. I eat as much as I want until I'm full. Making sure that I consume enough fat and get enough sleep. No time at the gym. I've reached this month's goal this morning :tada: That works for me.
