I made my goal for the gym on the weekends. Not every day. I know if I set unrealistic goals for myself I will never achieve them and going every day is not realistic for me at this time. Make a goal and set reminders. Good luck!

I was listening to a Mel Robbins podcast and something she said always sticks with me. “You’re never going to feel like it. Just do it. Stop thinking about it and just move.” There are many, many days I don’t feel like getting up early to go, so on those days I just say to myself, “don’t think, just do.” And make myself get out of bed! Sharing in case that mind hack helps you too
