Hi friends! I would love advice for this. I'm heading out of town with my 3 kids and husband for 2 days. I really want to do this dietbet well and lose the 8 lbs I need to lose for it. I'm not interested in losing unhealthily, or restricting severely. So I've lost 3 already. Perfectly on track. That being said, I don't want to sabotage myself in the next 2 days out of town. It's not hard to gain 3lbs back in just 2 days. What can I do this weekend to support myself and make healthy choices when eating out a lot? I am trying to get 100g of protein a day and that's hard for me as it is. I'm stressed about the continental breakfast at the hotel and must worried I'm going to blow my calorie goal. 😭 I'd love advice to be successful! 💜💜💜

I know I am responding late : lots of water , have some vegetables in your hotel room like mini cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots. beef jerky for protein.
Don’t be afraid to ask for changes on the menu at a restaurant. Ask for a salad and more vegetables, sauce and dressing on the side.
