How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So last week I did 4 strength workouts,
walked every day for at least 30mins, walked in total just over 125.000 steps and was in a deficit every day ( smaller than I liked but still a deficit) despite having my period…
I know it probably is still retained water or whatever but it’s so annoying that the scale is against one or just all over the place while you really try so hard… 😖 I really despise those moments…
I know it’s a part of the journey but still is bloody annoying that the weight is even higher than beginning of the last week…

Sorry about my rant…

Same, but I keep going, stick to my plan and trust that eventually it will come off. I also have to celebrate the wins like how much better I feel eating healthy and how my pants are a little looser. Keep at it and it’ll come off!!
