I'm starting this bet at the highest weight I have ever been! I have won several bets in the past, and then the last couple I had to drop out because each time I had discovered I was pregnant. Now that I've had all my kids, I'm back. Dietbets are so motivating for me - it makes every minor change in the scale feel like I'm moving mountains because every little bit counts toward winning something haha

This time I am nursing, so I can't radically change or decrease my diet or start a new running regiment or something like that, so instead, I have to pace myself.

The plan is to win by walking, and A LOT of it. The most weight I ever lost in a year was 75 lbs and I did that by walking 15K-20K steps per day. Now that I have 2 kids under 2, I'll bet I get half that just during daily life and activities.
