Confession Time 😬🍫

Mother’s Day got the best of me. I binged hard. About 3,000 calories of chocolate. I felt it, not just physically but mentally too. At first, I was disappointed in myself. Then I breathed and reminded myself that this is a journey, not a straight line.

So I made a plan to get back on track:

✅ I am cutting 400 to 500 calories each day this week
✅ I am doing light cardio daily, even if it's just a walk
✅ My meals are focused on protein, fiber, and real nutrition
✅ I am drinking water and black coffee
✅ I am tracking every bite and staying honest
