  • Hey there! I just wanted to do a quick intro and try to be more active in the group for more accountability and just remembering that I need to be super focused for these 4 weeks!!

    I’ve struggled with weight for forever, especially during the years of having babies. I’ve made so many changes over the last 6ish years to diet and exercise. But I’m never focused enough long enough to get where I actually want to be. I’d love to lose 30ish more pounds. I won last months diet bet and I’ve never won 2 in a row. I swear my body only looses weight 1 month at a time and then plateaus for quite a while. Anyways, I REALLY want to do everything I can to hit the 4%, but the 1st week I haven’t lost anything. So here’s to trying to be super focused these next 3 weeks to get it done!! Good luck everyone!!

You can do it! I seem to struggle a bit to when I play back to back games. For me I know it’s because I loosen the reigns so to speak, and don’t track as well as I did in the first game. Tracking is key for me. I also need movement. I have step goals, and pair my Diet Bet with Step Bet. I hate losing money and can be a huge sloth. So both games keep me accountable in different ways. Walking is great exercise, and I do better when I pair the two games.
