  • Well girly pops, I didn’t not do so hot yesterday. I stress ate some frozen waffles while on my bread baking spree. And really just stress ate in general. Nothing horrible besides the waffles but I’m feeling it today. I’m SO bloated. Just trying to remind myself that it’s okay, it happens to all of us and that’s why we are here, the pounds I probably gained will come off as quickly as they came on and just jump back on the horse and keep going. Also, sometimes you just need that binge to get it out of your system. Sorry for not popping on yesterday! I ended up making a total of 24 bread bowls. About 8 were rejects. Everything I did Saturday basically over proofed and were not up my standards. I might have also caught a piece of parchment paper on fire 😂 whoops. All is well though. Glad to be back to normal programming! - Just confirmed with my MIL that she can take my son for a little bit after I get off work so I can get my workout in. I already know it’s going to kick my ass. Which I need after the last couple days. OOOOKAY Let’s go new week!

Those look fantastic! Great job! I can’t imagine how much work went into those. I’m sure you were glad to have them out of the way.
You’ve got this! It’s a new week and a new day. The only way we can fail is if we give up! I’ve been struggling a bit recently as I’ve been sick with a bad cold for a week or so and just have had no energy to be active and have definitely bed rotted a bit but I forced myself to get a workout in yesterday that I was proud of and am feeling so much better this morning thankfully so I’m going to kick myself back into gear and get back on track! We can do this!
