For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I thought it would be fun to share our favorite health snack ideas! I love snacking and hearing what others choose to munch on is always fun!

    My favorite healthy snack is apples! Envy apples to be exact! They are the best apples in my opinion! Sweet and crisp! I like to cut them into wedges and sprinkle on cinnamon! I love them that way but if I'm feeling like I want a change I mix up some PB2 Crunchy peanut butter and use it to dip! Yum!

Peppers always surprise me! I don't often think of them for snacking, but when I have them at a party, I'm like, "This is good!" Have you tried those little ones? They look like they would be good to cut in half and eat like chips!
