How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Kinda disappointed. Had septoplasty surgery moved up to last Wednesday instead of May 20th. Thought I would be golden either way not being able to eat much anyway - instead gained!!! because of the anesthesia and pain meds😢 Oh well. I’m still down from the beginning so I guess it’s still a win!

Oh no, Kit! I'm sorry things didn't go as planned. I hope your recovery goes well and we'll be here when you're ready for a new game! :)

A New Winters

I was a bit down too…

But hey anything that’s a bit lighter weight than we started has got to be good, but like you I’m just really bummed that it didn’t work out this time.

I’m happy for the winners… it’s just hard when you try your best and it just doesn’t work out.

Next time
