I made it….Ready for the next one…Seeing the spine surgeon next year March, and I know that weight is one of the first things he will mention…I’m 44lbs down from beginning of Sept this year. I need to lose at least another 80lbs to reach my personal goal…
Long journey ahead, but the bags are already packed, so might as well just keep going ?😓?

I made it! And I’m done now until January when I’ll kick it into high gear again! Enjoying the holidays (within reason) and hope to maintain but doubt I’ll lose. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I squeaked by with only a couple of ounces to spare. I have been doing kickstarters since July. Kickstarters are very ambitious! I am going to have to pay more attention to which ones I join now. I am more than halfway to my goal weight and so grateful for all of you competitive, encouraging friends. Have a wonderful holiday everyone. Remember it's about the gratitude, not the fattening food!

I didn’t make it. But I did come down from my beginning weight. And I feel good about that. And normally I would feel super discouraged right now—but the difference between the past and the present is that I know exactly what I was eating that led me to not fully lose the 5 lbs that was my goal. Congrats to everyone for your effort! And yay for those who met their goal!

I travelled and had been planning to make my weight early Monday morning. I was so close but I didn’t. I packed the scale and then I avoided all the sugary carb car treats I normally eat. And I did it!! With a little bit to spare!!

I haven't seen a number this low in the scale in more than a decade.

Yes!!! I.worked really hard and had everything dialed in the last 10 days especially.

I’m so close right now, I think if I am good tonight and hit the gym I should make it in the nick of time. Wish me luck!
