Weekends are a great time to add in healthy activities that you may not have time for during the week. Whatever your weekend looks like, make it a great one and plan ahead so you'll stay on track.
Some ideas to nourish you - mind, body, and soul:
-Discover a new workout video
-Turn up the music and dance like no one's watching
-Create a fitness challenge for yourself and complete it both Saturday and Sunday
-Step into the kitchen and create a recipe with healthy foods you already have (hint, use Google for inspiration)
-Journal (if you're not sure what to write, start by listing 3 things you are grateful for)
-Read a book
-Watch something that makes you laugh!
-Learn something new
And always remember to drink your water!
