I had made the goal earlier but I am probably getting my monthly "visitor " soon so I am holding onto water weight. I walked on my treadmill a lot tonight to make the goal again. Thank God it worked. It was a tough. Glad I made weight!

So I regained most of my weight back and I’m using DietBet to get back into superhero shape. I’m within 5 pounds of my goal with 2 weeks left. I’m just telling myself that it’s one day at a time and a few months of consistent habits and realizing this is a “forever” journey and I’ll be on a lifelong path of health and wellness.
