For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi! I upload my photo before the challenge even started but I’m just joining the challenge because I had family over and I gained weight with them here 😭 how hard is it to do diet when vacations? You really need to have strength to resist every temptation… and more if you’re uncle is the kind of guy that wants to start the day with a croissant ? lol
Anywaysssss I hope the 3ish weeks that I have left are enough to lose my 4% that know is probably a 6% 🙈
